We recently received an email from a player who said the following:
"The canceled event for last month cost me $236.00 because of hotel policies. DO NOT USE Getaways At Imperia Lakes for any future dates they refused a refund. Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the site from them and they declined. Hotels.com issued me a direct voucher for $100 to offset my loss. So please don't use Getaways at Imperial lakes."
Please do some research about hotels when booking to make sure their ratings are good. We hate to hear about any of our players having problems like this.
