Below is a list of the hotels we currently contracted with through the end of 2022 FOR ALL OUR TOURNAMENTS. By September 1st, a full list of hotels and room block size will be listed for 2023 hotels. Please feel free to start booking your 2023 hotels starting September.  Please Understand: 

1. Hotels only have to honor the contracted rooms, as it is in their complete discretion if they add to the block. The sooner we fill up the rooms, the more chance of them increasing the block.
2. If you book a block of rooms, and then drop 72 hours out as you found a better option, YOU ARE HURTING THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION! They will refuse to work with us the following year. Some hotels in Lakeland refuse to work with us after this has happened in previous years.
3. We have been working to add hotels that will represent different budgets in POLK, and this is a grueling process, but should have some more very soon.
