Managers, the fall vote will take place here on the FHC Website from Friday, October 27, to Tuesday, October 31.  Please discuss the items with your Team, and please vote.  Voting is one of the most solemn and important things we can do as American citizens.  You have either heard me say, or read my thoughts on the website.  Your vote is really important.  My feeling is, "Don't ever complain about something we voted on if you do not vote."
