Guys, as I told you the other day, things are happening very quickly. I have been working with our contacts for weeks now, and I am happy to tell you all that we are playing the 50's tournament on June 20-21 at Loyce Harpe and Walker Road in Lakeland. We are forced to limit the field to 64 teams because we do not want to push our luck, and play into the night. Our last game time will be 4:45 both days. And, it would not be fair to our Directors. Greg will get the flyer out immediately. I will have the Facility Practices list completed in the next day or so. I will condense the CDE response from our Tally contact, the Polk County response, and the USA response and fit it for FHC purposes. Polk County is allowing 50 people per field but we will not get that close to 50.

The first 3 things are: The dugouts will not be used. Teams will sit in the stands using distancing.
There will be no spectators unless they sit in the outfield area.
There will be no concessions. Teams will bring their own.

I will get that to you by Sunday so you can look at it, and I will send it to Polk County for perusal after that. They want our plan ASAP.

Also, JK had a great idea for a Board Meeting. My daughter is setting us up for a virtual meeting on a Saturday in June because some of you still work a regular job. Leah does this on a weekly basis for her work with Spectrum. I think the last Saturday in June would be good. Plan for that meeting. No Wayne, you can't go fishing on that day. And MC, no tennis on that day.
